I found this cartoon eerily appropriate...

Worth a 1000 words!
One wonders just how all this money will be found; (from an article by Jack Kelly)

"Will the White House treat Treasury bondholders better than they've treated Chrysler bondholders?" asks law professor Glenn Reynolds.

The Chinese government, the largest foreign purchaser of Treasury securities, evidently doesn't think so. Treasury data for January and February indicate the Chinese have cut back substantially on their purchase of bonds. If those bonds go unsold, it isn't only Chrysler and General Motors who face bankruptcy.

That's
easy, Congress..your immune system can destroy the swine bug but
there isn't any immunity from the Congressional Swines who are pushing us into bankruptcy. They won so they are out to rule rather than represent
the American people.
The Tea Party's are a good start at producing an antidote to their poisonour treachery but we have to continue to pressure them where they are vulnerable..re election..our vote works just as well as chicken soup does for virus's.

Congress in this cartoon
looks like one of those "Flood" monsters on Halo that staggers around before exploding into a bazillion of those ugly little brain sucking parasites. A much more apt analogy, actually, with us being the target of the parasites. Get out yer shotguns!

Rachel
It may have been overweight before.

Is that a reason to become a contestant for the biggest loser at over 300lbs.

Didn't your mom teach to stop looking behind you when you are trying to walk forward? You must have run into alot of walls as a little kid.

It would explain alot.

What's
spiking the koolaid Rach?

Let's see, the Porkulus passed without anyone reading it before it was pushed, wasn't on line like the occupier of the White House promised so we the people could read it and it passed with 100% DemonRAT complicity in the tyrannical power grab with just three extremely stupid
self serving RINO's who have made careers sandbagging the American people by voting with their fellow traveling marxists in the majority.

Ownership goes to the the marxist/progressive party of treachery..
they are over reaching in their arrogance..and they will boomerrang BIG
TIME..so enjoy the koolaide..I think given your posts reflect the poison it's laced with.

When Did Barney
Frank have time to sit for this artists rendering, and how did he lose so much weight for this picture?

SWEET!
Big Sky, good one!

Big Sky,
I just snorted out loud. It takes a lot for me to do that. Thanks for the chuckle!

Brianbnc,
Don't forget the Big Macs and fries. And hey, while we're at it, some dilly bars and blizzards, too. It's called "stimulus", you know. Your grandchildren (and mine) will hate us later.

That's quite a mind you have.

I need to know. 15 years old? I am just trying to put everything I hear from you in some frame of reference.

From Colbert as well. It was last week, look for yourself.The Word;

Where's that Birth Certificate Obama?

Your beloved Prez just "saved" you $17 on the $3,500 he he wants to spend. You are his wife and told him we only have $2,000 to spend. And don't blame your dad like you usually do. Its time to grow up.

Monkey Girl, er, Rachel is probably 40 going on 15. I have been on TH for almost 4 years and her crap never changes. The spew from her mouth always has something to do with the crazy RWE, like me, (or Bush or Palin or Coulter). She wouldn't be able to survive if she let go of her hatred, even though (shhh!) Obama won!!

Apparently you have no problem with the 3.5 trillion your guy is spending. Can you give a rational reason why you find this acceptable. You have bashed the Republicans for spending too much. we had a 440 billion dollar deficit but now we will have a deficit in the trillions. Obviously you do not understand that trillions are much more than billions. I suspect from your posts that you have minimal education and I assume that math was not one of your better subjects.

There was a discussion (yesterday?) on Washington Journal of an article concerning how baby boomers had not plannned for the future, in general -- and for their retirement, in particular.

The article boggled the mind. It said, among other things, that one-half of the boomers could not divide five million by two and could not figure compound interest.

Now, I have a little trouble believing that, and I didn't catch what the author of the article used as a reference. I didn't catch the name of the newspaper or magazine either.

It does look like the article might have been correct if Rachel is a boomer.

Other end of the boomer pool
The ones born circa 1965, and who succumbed to the postmodernist education theories of Bill Ayres and company. They can't divide. They can only multiply.

As one of the early boomers, I planned and invested well for my retirement- and then Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, Chris Dodd, Chuck Schumer and some senator named Obama took it all away.

Does Rachel ever...
...write anything that is not purposefully insulting and hate-filled? Does anyone recall ever seeing her make any cogent point about anything? Do you think she's aware of how helpful she is to the conservative cause?

I get it, she's one of Karl Rove's disciples! She's here as a foil to focus our lefty detection sensors - like an unmanned (or unwomanned) drone used for target practice.

is a genius and the best political cartoonist working today. Our L.A.Times, to their everlasting shame, took him off their pathetic editorial page when they finally bounced the Marxist Robert Scheer. Some sort of muddled balance by sacrificing a great conservative to show fairness in tossing a truly malevolent Leninist. Insipid jerks. But, it sure is great not having Bobby.
