until the proper authorites make the right decision to force this man (?) Obama, th esocialist into compying with the rules of the Constitution. He is not a God; he does not have special powers; he should be held to the standards of the law as any other Citizen, (although, in my opinion he is not a US Citizen until he proves it) and I hope there is one law suit after the other brought against him until the case is resolved to the satisfaction of the American people (who still are Americans) or he loses BAD in 2012 and leaves the office of President in disgrace - the same way he entered it. It is a travesty and a black mark on America for such a heinous crime to have been allowed to happen, and I am angry that the moral decay in all aspects of our culture is growing like a cancer. We Americans who wdemand justice willnot rest until there is some. Every politicaian piec of scum should be run out of office and the country for treason, as they are nothing but lying criminals out for their own selfish gain as they tear our country apart.
Keyes to appeal case on Obama's eligibility
A lawsuit filed on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes, a candidate for president on California's general election ballot last year, challenging President Obama's eligibility to hold office under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution will be appealed, according to a lawyer working on the case.

Congressman Campbell, with respect, this is getting really tiresome.
""…we invest in reform that will bring down the cost of health care for families, businesses, and government... And in this budget, we have ..." 3/24/2009
He included an extra $600 billion in his budget to cover the extra costs of his healthcare plan. How is that bringing down costs?"
Read it again: he said "bring down the cost of health care for families, businesses, and government." Obviously, he means government employees, not the congressional budget. |

Would the teleprompter please look up the definition of bi-partisanship for the Prez. His idea of this is the moderate democrats get together with the extreme democrats and work something out. The Republicans were not allowed in conference for any debate on any of these massive bills. All done behind closed doors with nobody but Democrats in sight. Yet somehow the twisted minds that abuse this site will find a way to call Republicans obstructionists when they don't have enough votes to obstruct anything. Not one Republican amendment was allowed to come to the floors for an up or down vote, yet somehow it's the Republicans that are to blame for all of this mess. Look one more time at the signature at the bottom of these bills. Look one more time at the huge majority in both chambers of Congress for Democrats. Once again the word PARADOX comes into play. It's a physics problem which explains why libs just don't get it. It is physically impossible to quadruple the deficit and cut it in half at the same time you are chasing all business out of the country. No revenues+historic spending+hyperinflation soon to hit due to a trillion dollars hot off the presses+ the biggest growth of government in history = the biggest depression ever or world war three. |

Marxists look fetching in a tarfeather suit. |
|
This site is really full of biased, unresonable, hate-filled people with nothing credible to say. So far all I have read on this blog is uneducated nonsense that won't stand up to the truth and facts. It is disappointing to be a Conservative and totally embarrassing to be a Rebublican. President Bush brought this country to the brink of disaster. I am thankful that we have a President that is making an honest effort to repair the damage regardless of his race or party.

Are these remarks typical of all the conservatives have to offer during this difficult time in our history? No wonder Reublicans loss. Please come up with solutions, not nonsense that shows an extremely low IQ. |

Does anyone else find it funny when people claim to be a republican and then go on to espouse democrat ideas? I am sorry - you can't be a republican if you are pro choice, pro universal healthcare, pro government involvement in education, for higher taxes of anyone, less spending on the military, etc, etc, etc. Now, you can vote republican if you are for these - just like you can vote democrat if you are against these - but you can't claim to be republican.
I understand people voted for Obama because they wanted a change. They were dissatisfied with Bush. But please do not come on any site and say that you are a republican and that you support his ideas. You can't - - - and if you do - then you really aren't a republican. You are a democrat that just happened to bubble republican when you registered or you are just lying. Which is it?
|
|
The Party of No signaled that they planned to ditch everything the Obama administration put forward in order to fix the mess the GOP got us into over the last eight years. You guys in the minority have been PROVEN openly to obstruct, regardless of what you've been offered and reaching across the aisle, which is something YOUR Party DID NOT DO during your time in the majority, I might add.
To now whine like a baby over the fact that you've been righteously punked as a Party, with approval numbers currently hovering at about 27% (Boner and McConnell are enjoying 14% and 20% approval, respectively) is something the GOP must admit as their own doing. You broke it, you own it.
Now, do something constructive FOR the country, for a change, why don't you? We're sick of the whiny, ineffective stonewalling. |

certificate and college records? What is in them that he finds so threatening that he needs to spend millions of dollars keeping is secret?
Also, why is the "news media" not trying to find out what one of the most powerful men in the world is desperate to keep hidden from his constituents? Are the members of the "news media" cowards like many members of the SCOTUS? |
|
just to clarify the moronic post you just made.
The economic problems we are now experiencing all began after the Democratic Party took control of both houses of congress.
Until that occurred, the economy was doing well. Also, the Dow was doing well.
So, Railei you are wasting your time spewing forth information that has only a slight relationship with reality. |
|
his past? What is there in his past that he is so scared the public will find out? He is so scared he is willing to spend millions of dollars to keep his past secret.
If his actions in this area make sense to you, you are experiencing a serious deficit in the ability to use your God-given reason. |
|

Glad to see your still a big follower of Limbaugh logic, eddie. What else did he tell you? That the GOPs de-regulating lollapalooza was actually a bonus for the poor community? Oh, I know he told you that the reason for the mortgage meltdown was a little law put in place back in the 70's that kept banks from red-lining minorities (rather than the fact that de-regulation and other really bad Bush policies are the true evil in this story). But hey, keep sucking in that Cuban smoke he blows up your rightwing arses and carry on. Fortunately for the rest of us, you are effectively marginalized to the 'leadership' of a few chinless, fake-tanned buffoons who enjoy approval ratings right around the 14-20% mark. |
|
fact that the economy began to slowdown after the Democrats took control of both houses of congress.
You seem to be a devout leftist. Do you know why Obama is so desperate to keep his past hidden? |

you are entitled to your own opinion, afterall opinions are like a-holes, everybody has one.
You are not entitled to your own facts. |

My comments contrast poorly, I guess, with your enlightened, fact-filled, nuanced and pointed ones. |

That is the problem. Half the Republican party are more liberal the a third of Democrats. There is a rift between realities of the platform of Reagan and the platform of neocons. We need more Republicans to out themselves so we can purge them from the ranks of conservatives. This just adds fuel to the fire of the need for a third party. Before you libs jump for joy,you will find yourselves in a 25% minority that can if you want join the 15% liberal republicans and lose by 10% every election until hell freezes over. Of course you all aren't worried-with global warming hell will remain just plain hell, and you all can rot in it. |

....points as to your post (3-27-09: 12.24 PM). Ignore the condescension of the trolls. They are terrified that maybe one of the many cases vs. appeals will come to fruition.
If the POTUS is A-OK as to eligibility, thence, he has zero problem. However, the fact that he has sealed absolutely everything regarding his past (historical) documentation as to confirmation of eligibility is a huge "red flag"; thus, suspicious.
As I stated previously, he (BO) is either: 1) playing a "high school" game of "gotcha" OR, 2) he is not eligible to be POTUS. If #1 prevails, thence we have a callow, child running our beloved Country. However, if #2 eventually prevails,......we will be doomed w-a-y before it is uncovered. Reason: NO ONE has the "chutzpah" NOT THE "standing" to ask the question.
Our Supreme Court, who were purported to be the trusted "KEEPERS" and/or the "SENTINELS" of the US Constitution, have become a mute, cowardly group. In my naivete, I still believe that they will eventually permit the question.
MY QUESTION IS: "Who in the "He-double L" has the "STANDING" to ask the question. |

The knowledge of the difference between the disgust and nauseating personal hatred of liberals and the nauseating disgust conservatives have for policies that liberals want to shread what's left of the constitution. This Steven is the gigantic difference. The hate you see on this site comes in two distinctly different forms. The Congressman (who doesn't pay his own healthcare costs) ridicules healthcare reform by calling it "Socialized Medicine Plans".
The Congressman, who has his healthcare paid by hard-working Americans (many of whom cannot get or afford health insurance, but are forced to pitch in to pay his) doesn't support "Socialized Medicine."
The Congressman, who is the recipient of a Socialized Medicine Plan, (no matter what he prefers to call it) doesn't want the same for the citizens he represents.
Socialized Medicine: Good enough for the Congressman. |

liars who lie...Perpetually. Right out of the Ministry of Truth. Can you say Orwell? Can you say Koestler? Can you say Valladares?

"Frankly, had the stimulus bill been anything remotely close to something Republicans could support, we would have had met the President way farther than half way, due to the severity of the current economic situation and his popularity at the time (which is now falling quickly). But he didn't. The stimulus was so far to the left that not one Republican voted for it, and some of the more centrist Democrats voted against it too."
Bipartisanship =/= Subservience |

.....my friend's little girl what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be President some day.
Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there, so I asked her, 'If you were President what would be the first thing you would do?' She replied, 'I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people.'
Her parents beamed. 'Wow! What a worthy goal.' I told her, 'But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and sweep my yard, and I'll pay you $50. Then I'll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house.'
She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, 'Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?'
I said, 'Welcome to the Republican Party.'
Her parents still aren't speaking to me.

...drivel as to "socialized medicine" was a total bore. Stop the "class envy" bull and get a job!
|
|
|
Great post, Neo; however, what can we do about the prevailing prospect of this Socialistic takeover of our wonderful Country?????? |
|
"Wendy: Your Sing-Song ...drivel as to "socialized medicine" was a total bore."
What, specifically, was boring about it? Congressmen have all their health care costs covered at taxpayer expense, right? Are they happy with government-provided health care? Are the Republicans in Congress demanding the right to pay for their own health care, so they can choose their doctors?
We all know, Bea, how impatient you get when people just toss insults without addressing concrete issues, so I'm sure you'll respond with a concise explanation. |
|
Wendy...
Yes, congressmen have their healthcare paid for - their employer pays for it - just like millions of other Americans have theirs paid for by their employer.
Your argument supports those who believe that it is up to individual employers - not the government to dictate |
|
|
I'll bet even your TEACHERS used to beat you up.... |
|
Great story! Thank you for sharing. I hope that little girl learned a very valuable lesson from that exchange.
|
|
Actually, Bea, I own my own company in Michigan and pay taxes to pay for the Congressman's healthcare. I have my own healthcare, which I pay for myself. And, if businesses like mine didn't have to pay their employees healthcare, we could be more competitive with other nations' industries, or with American industries who farm out their employment to foreign workers (thus betraying their own citizens).
So, I wasn't speaking selfishly, I was speaking from a Christian viewpoint (and a patriotic one).
And, as a neighbor to Canada, I have many Canadian friends and business acquaintances, and I can tell you they are not "crossing the border in droves to get healthcare." That's a lie you heard from someone who wants you to believe it, someone who knows nothing about healthcare issues beyond his vast experience with prescription narcotics. |
|
Sadly, your ex-prez still affects what is going on with the country in a very destructive way - and I suspect you know that even if you are a bit 'group-thinky' when it comes to the realities of our situation. The economy is the GOP/Bush nightmare that isn't going away even as you whine about the focus remaining very much on the Bush administration's many crimes.
Face it, girl. Your Party is going to remain in the spotlight for a verrrry long time in regards to this economic meltdown, and rightly so. Sorry - I do enjoy reminding you endlessly of that fact solely because you and your fellow wingnuts refuse to do the responsible thing and accept your part in this huge mess.
Now, go join lerxst in the irrelevant corner and please STFU. |
|
just because you think the government can make better decisions about your health care than you can make does not make it true. Also, even if they are better at taking care of you than you are of taking care of yourself, does not mean the same is true for everyone.
Personally, I would like to retain the freedom to make my own healthcare decisions without the government interfering, just like I do now. |
|
|
|
You think I was claiming that as my own?
Only a moron would think that...(or a smart liberal)!
Maybe you should become a detective..... |
|
Some people claim that the congresspeople that have their healthcare PAID by the PUBLIC are socialized healthcare. this is not true. The healthcare that Congressmen/people receive IS paid by the FREE & DEMOCRATIC PUBLIC & it's constition with ALL THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEDGES of the CONSTITUTION & bill of Rights etc. NOT SOCIALIZED MEDICINE that these WASH DC SLUGS are attempting to shove down unsuspecting PUBLICS THROAT.
Stimulus DEPRIVES the PUBLIC of healthcare meds and THE GOVE took it upon itself to ATTEMPT TO GRANT ITSELF the RIGHT TO COERCE the public INTO sharia law and soc/glob/comm/marx/fac and DEPRIVE YOU THE PEOPLE of healthcare and medicine in order to do it. THIS STIMULUS deprives child/adults of healthcare if they are x percent sick they are simply left to die. for whaaat SO WASH DC SLUGS can live on wanton pork at the expense of public health and saftey.
I THINK ravel from wikipedia said it best:
The democracies that will surely perish will be those who cannot tell the difference between good and evil, survival and ruin, freedom and tyranny. Or, perhaps more to the point, the greatest danger faced by democracy are those who deny that there is any real difference after all.
the public must seek to kick healthcare stimulus OUT--see familysecuritymatters.org |
|
"The healthcare that Congressmen/people receive IS paid by the FREE & DEMOCRATIC PUBLIC & it's constition with ALL THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEDGES of the CONSTITUTION & bill of Rights etc. NOT SOCIALIZED MEDICINE that these WASH DC SLUGS are attempting to shove down unsuspecting PUBLICS THROAT."
I'm sorry but that makes no sense whatsoever. When the senator's wife goes to the doctor, who pays the bill? I don't know enough about it to know if it's the government, directly, or a health plan, which is funded by the government. But no matter, a doctor receives a check from the government for treating somebody. That's what we call "single payer." That's different from saying the doctor is a government employee who works for a salary.
Since no plan has been submitted yet, we don't know what it's going to be, do we? But don't bet the mortgage that any American politician is going to propose making all doctors and nurse into Federal employees, not in the next few centuries, anyway.
"NOT SOCIALIZED MEDICINE that these WASH DC SLUGS are attempting to shove down unsuspecting PUBLICS THROAT."
Like I said, nothing's been put forward, so nothing's being shoved down your throat or mine. And who are you calling "unsuspecting"? Health care is a very important issue, and not just for the lazy poor people who vote Democratic. Don't you think a lot of businesses would perk up if the government said, "Hey, how would you like to get all that health coverage out of the fully loaded cost of each of your employees?" I know it's not that simple, but who complains more about health costs, individuals or businesses? I'm not sure I know the answer to that. |
|
SO here we have it DEMOCRATS BROUGHT ON 911 AND CAUSED OUR MELTDOWN thru their FAULTY LENDING PRACTICES and now are once again all for this FLEECING OF AMERICA thru this bailout bandwagon! it will bankrupt our Nation and will forever ERADICATE the small/med business sectors. WHOM will be left ARE big engorged companies MONOPOLIZING and DOMINATING marketplace.
Sources whom have no vested financial interest tied to our economy doing well or doing bad have all said---this new currency some have been hollering about??? In all financial circles it's known that it is equal to OR WORSE than the current gold standard that the USA has. it will do NOTHING to HELP OR SAVE THE USA ECONOMY or anyone elses straight from the horses mouths. the new currency is a conffetti currency and can be 'manipulated' by those whom HATE to suit 'their' purposes.
However, what it will do??? is to destroy the USA WIPE out it's constitution, and it's freedoms and it's assets and leave the USA in 3rd world status to be absorbed by South America/North America as servants, without homes, land, possesions, and food and healthcare and servants to those whom created these bad bets and attempt to sway the USA into accepting the new currency. UNLESS American's kick that bad stimulus out it grants GOV THE RIGHT to COERCE PUBLIC TO vote for sharia law/comm/glob/soc etc OR BE DEPRIVED of healthcare. see at familysecuritymatters.org and other places |

Busines must be down for ya Wendy if you have all of this time to post your hate and venomous spew here on a conservative website.
I mean really, if you are such a prominent and intelligent business woman, how in the world do you have the time to do anything that is not business related?
Civil dissent and discussions are welcome here, not hyperbole and lies, nor accusations of plagerism (that belongs to the democratic party, just ask Joe Biden).
You owe Paddy O an apology for your accusation. |

Nice try, Paddy O. But, yes, I do think you were trying to claim that story as your own. Obviously, Kathy did, too. Is she a moron? |

If I could help what you think, you wouldn't be a liberal....
I do hope this is not the proudest moment of your day, though...
Sleep well tonight, knowing you have struck a blow in that great cause of yours.....whatever that is....
I promise to sleep well too.....
God bless....

Natasha Richardson would be alive if not for canadian healthcare. Do we want the same level of incompetence and lack of equipment here ? Under the brtish system my wife would have been consigned to a hostel to await death instead of being cured of an aggressive breast cancer . i have family in canada, they tell me that canadian care is ok if it's faily minor,if it is serious they come to the US |
|
Prominent businesswoman? No. Intelligent? Yes.
Okay. I'm sorry, Paddy O. Truly, I am.
But, Kathy, "Hate and venomous spew" is pretty strong. You didn't accuse Paddy O of "Spewing hate and venom" when he/she called us both morons... |
|
Unthinkable of you, Plain Joe, to exploit a tragic death to attempt to make a political point. Truth is, Natasha Richardson walked away from her fall and suffered no symptoms for an hour, even though all that time she'd been bleeding into her brain.
Unforgivable of you. And horrible of you to say your wife would be dead if you'd lived in the UK. You don't know that, and have no right or basis to make such a claim. |

regarding the problem with Obama's refusal to provide a valid birth certificate. As far as WHO the hell would have standing to ask the question...why couldn't it be ANY Citizen of the United States, seeing as how we all are protected by, and (most of us) adhere to it, accepting it as being the law of the land? It does require that one be a Natural Born Citizen in order to hold the office of President
And aside from that, why don't more people care about this travesty of Justice? That just blows my mind. Sooo many people say to me, "oh well, he won the election and what can you do about it? just let it go, it isn't that big a deal. Oh I can't tell you what I'd like to say to them...something along the lines of hey dufus, we can do plenty!! This is OUR country! We The People OWN the politicians since they are working FOR us! They are supposed to listen to what we want but instead of that, they are ARE ALLOWED to scoff at us and brush us off because there are too many brainwashed cowards out there who don't want to make waves. Well, I want to make waves, and I will as long as I can talk! These nefarious politicians are supposed to be upholding the Constitution instead of 'usurping' it. And why doesn't the supreme court justices want to see that (JUSTICE IS DONE) by demanding 'themselves' (which should be part of their jobs) that he provide the proof of his Citizenship without one private citizen after the other bringing a case that is ultimately thrown our because it "lacks standing?" What a joke!
It was a travesty that no one held him and his cohorts responsible in the first place and ultimately allowed him to occupy the white house as President, but nothing can't be 'undone' and I would love to see him tossed out on his big elephant ears and as I said above, I will never stop trying to effect his removal. |

...Hahahahaha! Still sounding like 4 year olds in towering snits who need to go into time out. And business woman though she may be, Wendy sounds like she needs to join them.
As to health care, the farther away from it the government gets, the better. We the People, as individuals, should be encouraged to set up savings accounts (and NOT with insurance companies unless we choose to do so) just for the out of pocket expenses--accounts that are ours, not dependent on the IRS for blessing. We should also be able, should we decide to, to purchase insurance for catastrophic health care, or nursing home care--or whatever we think we will need. Or not. If we aren't prepared, then we need to be able to work out payment plans with the providers--and be sued if we renege.
Oh, and WE, as individuals, should keep and be responsible for our own medical records. The government has no business butting into our lives beyond the minimum necessary to execute its real responsibilities under the Constitution.
Adults plan for these things. Children in adult bodies expect Mommie and Daddy to take care of these things.
Well, Raelei, et al, I'm not your Mommy or your Daddy. I have enough problems in my own family to deal with--and I'm not interesting in spending all my money on your problems. Got it?

doing exactly what Rahm was urging a few weeks ago. They're storming the Founders Principles whilst the numbed, dazed, panicky, immobile populace is till too stunned to thaw-out. And, whilst they enjoy the Big Left-Nutter majorities in congress.
Our people in Washington need to get a fire in their guts and obstruct, sabotage, parliamentary nimble, delay, etc. EVERYTHING that the Dems want. Mitch McC has 9-times the smarts and abilities of Scummy Harry and The Face Pelousy. BUT, mostly, our side needs to grow some Big Ones in that vast testicular concavity they've been quaking-in for months.
Large Thundering Cajones...GOOD.
Small shakey protuberance....BAD. |

...Paddy was claiming the story as his own. Getta grip!
And Neo, you are so right about them cojones! George Soros steps right up and puts his money where his mouth is: Tears down yet another economy by selling America short and is proud to say yesterday: "I'm having a great crisis; this is pinnacle of my life.
Where is the conservative George Soros, willing to spend billions for the cause of building America--rather than destroying her? Soros has bought and paid for the POTUS and the whole dang Congress.
If there is no one willing to sacrifice their lives, their fortunes or their sacred honor for America, we be screwed, amigo. |

"Bea Sadly, your ex-prez still affects what is going on with the country in a very destructive way..."....".
Hey Raelie…..Do you Ever read your posts?? Do you ever proof them prior to sending? I’m Not implying proofing for spelling and/or grammatical acuity; I am IMPLYING proofing for common sense, integrity (you‘re a first class liar), and SANITY. Your repetitious spews are representative of a person who is disturbed emotionally and unhinged intellectually.
Let’s v-e-r-y slowly and succinctly go over a few tidbits: Bush was in office 8 years; he kept us safe for 7.33 years; when he left office (1-20-09), the deficit was $1.3 trillion. Now, for eight (8) years, you and your radical, vicious, hypocritical minions SCREAMED, RANTED, RAVED, PICKETED, etc…..the deficit, the deficit, the deficit, the deficit! Duh??????
Subsequently, on (1-20-09) “Mr. Teleprompter” and BO became POTUS: an historical event, since it was America’s first dual presidency. Now, “Mr. Teleprompter” and BO have been in office for 2.27 months = 2 months, 8 days. In two+ (2+) months, “Mr. Teleprompter” and your boyfriend BO have signed into law a heinous financial encumbrance ($9.3 to $11.0 +/- trillion) that will strangle and quite possible destroy multiple generations for multiple decades and I DO NOT HEAR A bloody peep!!!!!! WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE?? Hypocritical?? You bet!! However, the word hypocritical is rather benign, in this instance.
P.S.: Hey Raelie….. Your current POTUS and “Mr. Teleprompter” currently…“affects what is going on with the country in a very destructive way -”. Your closing vulgarity is very unbecoming of a gutter snipe. |
|
|
gutter snipe would be Offended, just ask WS the bookworm. |

Kiddo! Take no prisoners amongst the FOOLS. That Raelie Doofus has got to be the always flatulent Kimber in a morphed moniker. Puts a smile on my face picturing what Islamist Radicals would do to the lass...Awwwwwww....Yes...There... :-)
K.G., there's a good posting at 4:39pm yesterday about the Repub blather and impotence, as well. Their flailing silliness makes me want to gnaw an arm off...THEIRS! |

Does a rose by any other name still smell so....uh....sweet? Funny how the libs have to keep changing their names and go incognito. But we cons here are proud of who we are and what we stand for!
However, I quite agree: The Pub circular firing squad is idiotic.
The Pubs are bunch of baffoons, but the Dems are a bunch of bastards. Baffoons vs. Bastards? Hmmm....
The baffoons had better man up and do it fast. BO is not wasting any time turning us into a black liberation theocracy.
It's interesting how people are amazed at BO's rapid deconstruction of America. It's like that story of that rattle snake who begged the Indian boy to carry him down the mountain. The boy felt sorry for the snake and was shocked when the snake bit him.
The snake was amazed at the boy's naivitee and remarked: "Hey, you knew what I was when you picked me up."

"Laughing at you, Raelei & Vlad... ...Hahahahaha! Still sounding like 4 year olds in towering snits who need to go into time out."
Laughing is easier than thinking. When you think you're able to post an actual answer to a question, come back and let us know. |

It is wonderful to see/read your posts once again. You are a very rare talent whose absence has been most notably a TH loss. I hope you can stay awhile. We Conservatives need your intellectual energy for the good fight. Thank you for your kind words and support.
Stupidity vs. a dense mindlessness (Raelie, et al) does get me crazy. I just cannot comprehend that to some people the destruction of America (a free and magnificent democracy) is subordinate to Liberalism, a.k.a., a political party affiliation. Liberals FIRST and Americans SECOND??? What in the “devil” could these demented loons be thinking??????
I just hope we can get control of this surprisingly, expeditious assault on our beloved Country before the damage becomes irreparable.
Thank you again. |

"Bush was in office 8 years; he kept us safe for 7.33 years;"
In fact, he kept us safe from 1/20/01 to 9/10/01 also; you could really claim it was 7.999 years (if you're willing to ignore the whole anthrax thing) -- just that one day, really. You could claim that there were only two significant foreign terrorist attacks on the continental US during his term, and only one of them was far and away the most deadly such attack in history. So Yeah Bush!
"when he left office (1-20-09), the deficit was $1.3 trillion."
In fact the DEFICIT Bush's last year in office was $1.44 trillion. The DEBT was $10.63 trillion, up from $5.73 trillion when he entered. That's a total deficit of $4.9 trillion.
It's hilarious that Bea would question SOMEONE ELSE'S sanity. |

They 2008 deficit , Monck was 480 billion dolars. the total ignorance of your offering keeps me hoping you and Raelei and Vlad and the whole collectve community never leave the site. You don't even know the difference btween the national debt and the deficit. The national Debt is 178 trillion dlollars Monck. hows that for scare tactics. That includes the always kept of the books SSI "insurance" money we have stolen without the permission of the average citizen from Al Gore's "lock Box". Democrats still try to pretend there is actually real money there. It gets borrowed immediately from your paychecks and goes directly to buying U.S. Treasury bonds that as of right now we can't give away. The Obama administration just printed a trillion dollars without any idea to pay it back let alone having the collateral a citizen would have to prve to get a thousand dollar loan. At least Republicans admit it has been stolen since 1965 when the great society thought it a great idea to pay for their welfare State. Raelei, look up the definition of one trick pony. Carville and Podesta factcheck every statement "ole Rushbo" says and it is 98.9 percent right all the time according to the non partisan acurracy in media research center. Must really nauseate you that Fox news now has more viewers than all three liberal "news" shows, MSNBC, CNBCand CNN put together times four. Rush has more listeners than all liberal talk radio put together. So does Hannity, Beck, Boortz,Ingraham,Gallagher and Reagan. The mighty AIR AMERICA couldn't fly for a whole year even with Soros billions behind it. Love Vonnegut neoconscum. I have mentioned Slaughterhouse Five a couple times. I love to compare Obama's teleprompter speaches to the daily big screens propaganda machine in "1984" and "Brave New World. |

I know the difference between the national debt and the budget deficit. i take it you are joking about the 178 trillion number.
you seem to confuse Fox's ability to draw an audience--or the ability to talk radio agitators to attract attention--with some deeper existential meaning. bottom line is that there is always a rabble to rouse. for the longest time, Reeps were good at getting elected because they are very good at pandering to the base conceits of people. In the fullness of time, however, and history does arc towards justice, as Dr. King reminded us, Republicans were unable to govern effectively. why? because those very same conceits led to an ill-conceived and even childish worldview. They applied their "principles" ("platitudes" is more like it) and it blew up in our face. This generation of Republicans drove our country into the ground.
So, yeah, you'll always have an audience in the margins for your drivel. And, yeah, it will command market share on cable and talk radio. but the larger public is hip to you now. only the kool-aid drinkers are with you. they'll check in with the mother ship, but everyone else is rolling their eyes. everyone else knows that fox and talk radio and "conservatives" in general do not know what they are talking about--that their moral "certitudes" are not even worth a single strand of a woman's hair. |

"They 2008 deficit , Monck was 480 billion dolars."
I said "Bush's last year in office," not "Bush's last complete fiscal year." Jan 20 08 to Jan 19 09, not Oct 1 07 to Sep 30 08. There were major fiscal developments between 10/01/08 and 1/19/09; can you think what they were?
Probably not. |

the Thought Police are so anxious to shut'um down. Rush scares them to death. And they've never, ever come up with a viable alternative to Rush and other highly successful talk Conservatives. So, time to try the shut'um down with music and nonsense, right??
The Lefty Trolls around here, John, are purely for featherweight comic relief. |

An audience in the margins...commanding market share on cable TV news, cable and talk radio. Yes,yes, conservatives do not know what they are talking about, everybody is "on" to us, yes, yes...
Nice Thorazine, there ya go buddy, now sleep good and dream of being fondled by Barney Fwank. |

"the Thought Police are so anxious to shut'um down. Rush scares them to death. And they've never, ever come up with a viable alternative to Rush and other highly successful talk Conservatives."
1. Nobody's trying to shut them down. The only place anybody even hints at bringing back the Fairness Doctrine is in the right wing fever swamps.
2. Rush doesn't scare anybody to death. You'll note that liberals were only too happy to get his name in the news, and to claim that he is a conservative leader.
3. The reason there is no viable alternative to conservative talk radio is that liberals don't care to listen to arrogant gasbags mouthing off on the radio. That's a right-wing thing, and we just don't understand. |

Dude. Soooooo forceful, Little Bud. I 'fwaid. |
